How I store your personal data you have shared with me.

​

 

Firstly, there is only myself who has access to your data, I do not share this with anyone, I would always ask your permission, to pass on your details. 

​

I use a written paper format, when I come to visit you on my first consultation, I take personal details from you, all this information I gather, is stored in a locked filling cabinet in my office at my home.

​

• Email - used to invoice you or send you relative information regarding your pet, I have a work laptop, this has Microsoft office security, I use a password to access my laptop.

• Mobile numbers - used to call you regarding relevant information about your pet, text you information about your pet, confirmation of dates.  Your number is on my work mobile, this phone has a private code to access my keypad.

• Keys - you have given me to access your house, I keep in a box, this is kept at my home in a locked filling cabinet, When I need to have it with me, it is kept in a box in my locked van.

 

• I do not hold information for marketing purposes.
